Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Analytic Nexus enrollments confirmed by invoice. Browsing this informational website does not create a payable order.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must arrive in writing within 7 days of payment and before you attend a second live critique lab or download more than 30% of course files (whichever comes first).

Full versus partial refunds

If you qualify under the timeframe above, we issue a full refund of tuition paid for that enrollment. After the window, a partial refund of up to 40% may be considered if Analytic Nexus cancels a cohort or materially fails to deliver scheduled labs. Change of mind after substantial access is not grounds for a partial refund.

Non-refundable items

Partner Briefing sessions already delivered, custom firm workshops after the kickoff call, third-party processing fees where non-recoverable, and completed one-to-one memo reviews are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@analyticnexus.digital with your invoice number, enrollment path, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether the request meets policy.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank timelines may add several days. We do not issue cash refunds at the office.

Cancellation by Analytic Nexus

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of unused tuition.

Learner cancellation

You may cancel by email. After the full-refund window, seats are transferable to a colleague at the same organization within the same cohort when notice arrives at least 5 days before the next lab.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law prevail where they grant broader rights. Documented medical or bereavement situations may be reviewed case by case for deferred enrollment instead of refund.
